My whole life I was close to technology. I grew up learning new things on computers, playing video games and wondering when the flying cars would come.
 

Switching from mechanical engineering to UX/UI Design was an easy decision for me. In 2017 I moved from Brazil to the US and, after a rigorous application process, I was selected to receive the Uber Scholarship for the UX/UI program at Ironhack Miami, a six-month intensive, in-person learning and practice that kicked off everything.
 

Since then, I've designed digital products across fintech, retail, transportation, and AI, working with companies like Safrapay, Kroger, and First Student to turn complex problems into usable, meaningful experiences. My work spans the full design lifecycle: user research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems, always in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
 

Lately, I've been especially excited about the intersection of design and AI, using tools like UX Pilot, Figma Make, and Replit to prototype and even vibe-code live products, and applying my Nielsen Norman Group certification in AI Experience Design to build smarter, more thoughtful products.
 

I still believe what I believed at the start: great results happen when you listen to real people and collaborate across teams to build something that actually matters.
